About the Concept

La Boîte à Biscuits by Lior Lev Sercarz brings a new concept to life by combining

the art of the palate with a vision that warms up the soul.  

It creates a seasonal selection of biscuits inspired by the time of the year,

cultural events, personal reflections and a very special ingredient: Art.

About the artist


Lior and I met in the fall of 2006, I was a senior at Harvard College, and he was about to launch La Boîte. Little did we know or understand then how much we had in common.
From our shared ‘roots’ in Cancale to our curiosity in flavors, we strive to seize the spice of life.
This collection is an encounter of baker and spice blender, crafted biscuits of grains and flavors that are as unique as the memories they evoke.
Ichi-go, ichi-e as the Japanese might say - it is only here and now.
