Sheba N.40 is my interpretation of Ethiopia's traditional berbere (a blend of nonnative spices, including paprika, ginger and cumin). Great for soups, stews and sauces.
- Ingredients: paprika, cumin, cayenne and spices
- Contains garlic
- 2 oz. by weight
Combine thinly sliced potatoes with heavy cream, shredded cheddar and Sheba in a roasting pan and bake until tender.
