The flowers of oranges have intense notes of honey and clove, and pairing them with chocolate makes perfect sense. While it is fantastic in desserts and confections such as French-style gingerbread, it is surprisingly versatile in savory dishes such as roast duck.

  • 2 oz. by weight
Lior's Tip

Toss cubed kabocha squash with vegetable oil, Apollonia and a splash of sherry vinegar. Bake in a 350° oven until tender.
