Vadouvan N.28 is a French colonial version of Indian curry spice, mild and approachable. Chunks of toasted onion and spices are blended into a coarse, sweet-savory composition that works well in a wide array of dishes.
- Ingredients: fenugreek, cumin, onion and spices
- Contains garlic
- 2.5 oz. by weight
Combine 1 tsp. Vadouvan per cup of brine for pickling.
