Kampot Red Pepper - Black, white, red, and green peppercorns are all fruits of the same evergreen climbing vine, just harvested at different times and handled in different ways. Red pepper is picked when fully ripe, and must be processed carefully, contributing to its rarity and higher cost. Mildly fruity, with a rounder and deeper flavor than black peppercorns.
