La Boîte à Biscuits by Lior Lev Sercarz brings a new concept to life by combining

the art of the palate with a vision that warms up the soul.  

It creates a seasonal selection of biscuits inspired by the time of the year,

cultural events, personal reflections and a very special ingredient: Art.

About the artist

DANIEL HOLZMAN

Daniel Holzman is an avid traveler, a passionate photographer, and a food writer. Through his work as a professional chef Daniel has unique access to and a unique perspective of the world's rapidly evolving food landscape which he documents with analog film. Daniel's work has been published in the New York Times, Saveur Magazine, and Afar, amongst others.
