Salad & Herb Frittata

Frittata is often a way to use up produce that is going bad. I take a different approach here, using sautéed herb and salad greens to build the base, then topping it with a freshly dressed bed of salad for a fresh contrast. The Ipshahan N1 blend gives it dimensionality and depth and a bright acidity.
