    Flavorful garlic

This granulated garlic smells stronger and fresher compared to a grocery store brand. What a difference!

    Freshest granulated garlic

Until I opened a jar and started using La Boite granulated garlic...I'm not sure I knew what granulated garlic was supposed to smell or taste like...it is a perfect spice. Fresh..powerful and pungent without it being bitter and almost a bit of that nuttiness you get if you roast garlic...not sure how LaBoite made it this good.

I don't eat garlic and neither does anyone in my family; however, my husband enjoys a dry rub recipe that the restaurant "Blue Smoke" used and granulated garlic is part of the recipe. He loves the dry rub and, therefore, loves the granulated garlic (although my husband contends that the recipe calls for an holistic amount of garlic). So, thank you.
